Return on investment maximization strategy of development projects

 

Abstract

 

The problem of return on investment maximization strategy of development projects is examined. The model of development project management «instrumental box» is shown. The research is on strategy of realization of development projects base on a competitive concept and execution of this concept using project management instrumental box, standardized project management process (optimized business processes oriented to the customer), use of specific project management strategy, which result in competition advantage.
